Shipping policy
DELIVERY METHODS AND COSTS
Orders are shipped with Ninjavan and delivered on weekdays and weekends subject to the courier service schedule, excluding national and local holidays. On other occasions, such as holidays, the processing times may be slightly longer.
The shipping address cannot be changed once the order has been made. All orders are processed automatically and we cannot alter the shipping and delivery times.
The shipping options available are: standard and expedited.
Orders made after 12:00 (GMT+8) are delivered within the following 3-4 working days.
The shipment times are calculated from the moment when the order is delivered to the courier.

TRACKING SHIPMENTS
You can track shipment of your order using the tracking number sent by e-mail; alternatively, if you are a registered customer, you can check it directly from your Account. We will send you an e-mail confirming shipment as soon as the order leaves our warehouse. Please remember that it can take up to 24 hours before it is possible to track your package.
Note: if the courier is unable to deliver your order, a new attempt at delivery will be made on the next working day, for a total of three attempts. If the delivery cannot be made, the order will automatically be returned to our warehouse and the order amount less the delivery fees will be refunded according to the payment method used.
NINJA VAN SHIPPING AND DELIVERY PRIVACY POLICY
NINJA VAN SHIPPING AND DELIVERY "the App” provides a connection between Shopify and Ninja Van’s Dashboard so that Shopify Merchants who use Ninja Van as a logistics provider can import and create their orders from Shopify directly onto Ninja Van’s Dashboard "the Service" to merchants who use Shopify to power their stores. This Privacy Policy describes how personal information is collected and used when you install or use the App in connection with the Service.
Personal Information the App Collects
When you install the App, we are automatically able to access certain types of information from your Shopify account when you voluntarily submit information directly to us when you access our Websites or use the Services. This includes your Shopify store domain, and the following information for orders created on your Shopify account, including your customer’s name, shipping and billing addresses, phone number, email address, and/or geolocation information. In the course of its Services, the App will only retrieve and use this information insofar as to provide the Service.
How Do We Use Your Personal Information?
Ninja Van uses the personal information collected from Geox.Opticsflair.com and our customers in order to provide the Service and to operate the App.
They retrieve specific orders only (domestic countries only, unfulfilled) from Shopify for the purposes of creating shipment orders on Ninja Van’s Dashboard, but show only certain properties; and customer information such as name, contact details (phone number and/or email address) and address to create delivery orders.
The Service also uses the information collected to enable order fulfillment on Shopify from Ninja Van’s Dashboard, and specify tracking numbers for the specified order and line items only.
Ninja Van may potentially use customer information to send notifications about the parcel as per notifications opted in under shipper settings by the Shopify Merchant using Ninja Van’s Services.
Data Retention
When the Merchant creates a shipment order through the App, Ninja Van will maintain the customer Order Information for their records for no more than 60 days unless and until the Merchant asks the Service to delete this information.
If we disconnect our account, information collected shall be deleted from their database except for residual information within their databases, aggregate information, access logs, backup logs and other records, which do not contain personally identifiable information.
For disconnected accounts, Ninja Van will maintain Order Information that have only been successfully imported and created on Ninja Van’s Dashboard as per the above retention convention.
Changes
Ninja Van may update this privacy policy from time to time in order to reflect, for example, changes to their practices or for other operational, legal or regulatory reasons.
